Allison Pumilia is a designer and visual strategist with over 15 years of experience creating purposeful, story-driven design. As Communications Manager at Altus Solutions, she leads visual direction, brand identity, and creative execution across all platforms. With a background in graphic design and a passion for aligning visuals with meaningful messaging, she’s committed to design that not only looks sharp, but communicates clearly and drives impact. She approaches each project with intentionality and empathy, believing that great design can help move people toward healing, hope, and change.
Allison earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Graphic Design from Full Sail University. When she is not behind the computer screen, Allison is hanging with her husband of 13+ years and their three beautiful children.
