Charity leads the company’s daily operations, supports team culture and development through HR leadership, and plays a key role in business development and partner engagement. With a background that blends community service, strategic planning, and entrepreneurship, she brings a practical, people-first approach to every challenge—making complex work feel manageable and meaningful.
