
Lucy Bloom has spent 28+ years developing programs and solutions in nonprofit, government, and community sectors, on behalf of vulnerable youth, adults and families. With extensive experience in designing and piloting innovations that address challenging societal issues, Lucy has seen first-hand the power of collaboration to create cultural change.
Lucy is masterful at networking. She has pulled together over 1,500 volunteers from coast to coast to read children’s essays, presented workshops to over 11,000 daughters and dads in 4 countries, helped launch a statewide human trafficking initiative for the State of Kansas, helped stand up 2 residential programs for survivors of human trafficking, trained and deployed 300 volunteers in search of missing youth and lead dozens of multi-sector teams in crafting strategies for good.
