In-House Counsel
Nicole M. Turbinton, JD is a human rights attorney who works for Altus Solutions, Inc. as their In-House Counsel. Prior to working for Altus Solutions, Nicole served as a civil law litigator working all throughout the state of Tennessee on creditors’ rights cases. Before then, she was a solo practitioner working as a Guardian ad Litem and Parent Attorney in Knoxville, Tennessee where she passionately advocated for the best interests of children and the rights of parents. Nicole has always had a heart for at risk populations and believes that grace costs us nothing.
Nicole graduated from Southwestern University with her B.A. in Political Science and Cum Laude with her Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law.
