Steve Grissim brings more than 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and leadership to Altus, along with a strong commitment to community and long-term vision.
As founder and former CEO of IMPAK, Inc., Steve spent 18 years building and leading a successful business focused on marketing and strategic solutions. His professional background is rooted in identifying opportunity, building meaningful relationships, and leading with clarity and purpose.
In addition to his professional work, Steve is deeply involved in the Franklin and Macon County community. He currently serves on the Health and Human Services Board and the Macon County Economic Development Board, supporting initiatives that strengthen the local community and contribute to responsible, long-term growth.
A dedicated civic leader, Steve has been actively involved in Rotary for more than 20 years, serving in leadership roles and participating in service initiatives both locally and globally. He is also passionate about humanitarian advocacy and has supported efforts focused on anti-human trafficking by engaging businesses through awareness and response advocacy through community and business partnerships.
Steve and his wife, Stacy, enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and continuing to explore life together in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
